This Friday, instead of the usual Flame youthchurch, we are having a special healing service (for all ages) with evangelist Weston Carryer.

The Bible says that signs and wonder will follow those who believe, so come along, and if you know any sick people (that's 'sick' in the traditional meaning), bring them along!

It concerns me greatly that still so many Christians are ignorant of the origin of the celebration.

On Sunday night, I will be speaking about work. Much of our lives are spent working, and sadly many people loathe their current employment situation.

Does God care about our employment? Is it possible to enjoy work? If we never needed to work another day of our life, would we really be happy? If we hate our job, can we do anything about it?

Latest study added: I See Dead People

Many people are all to fimiliar with the line from the film 'The Sixth Sense'... I See dead people.

Judging by current TV listings, there seems to be a huge fascination with the subject of communicating with the dead these days.

Can we really communicate with dead people? Does my great great grandmother want to talk to me? Does she live in my bathroom?

Well perhaps not, but quite possibly ;-)

Tomorrow night (Friday 17th October) we are priviledged to have Arnold van der Spuy as our guest speaker at Flame Youthchurch. Arnold has been working as a missionary in the Amazon for the last 14 years.

We will also be having an amazonian-themed POD war. I assure you, it definately won't be a dull service!
